The Starter Kit is a free configurator at loupelycanvas.com/starter-kit. You set the things you’d set anyway, pick the components you want, and download clean HTML and CSS wired to your choices, ready to paste into a Custom HTML block.
Most starter files hand you someone else’s defaults and leave you to strip them out. This one starts from yours. You set your tokens once, every component references them, and changing your accent color or your reading width means editing 1 value rather than hunting through the whole file.
It’s free the same way the theme is free. There’s no trial and no locked components. You exchange an email to download, and the kit is the thing you get for it. The download also includes an import file for Loupely Canvas Pro, covered in its own article, which is optional and only matters if you run Pro.
Who it is not for
People who don’t write HTML. If you’d rather arrange a page in a visual editor, a page builder is a better fit, and that’s fine. The kit assumes you write markup.
