If you’ve installed Pro but its features aren’t appearing, work through these in order.
- Confirm the Loupely Canvas theme is active. Pro detects the active theme and does nothing if Canvas isn’t running. Go to Appearance, Themes and confirm Canvas is active, not another theme.
- Confirm the plugin is activated. Go to Plugins and check that Loupely Canvas Pro is active, not just installed.
- Confirm the license is active on this site. Enter your license key if you haven’t, and check in your Freemius account that the activation is registered for this site.
- Check your activation count. If your plan’s site activations are all used, this site’s license won’t activate until you free one up. See the plans article for what each license covers.
If the theme is active, the plugin is active, and the license is registered for the site, Pro’s screens appear in wp-admin alongside the theme’s own settings.
