A lapsed Pro license never hard-disables your paid features. This is a firm product rule, not a courtesy that might change.
When a license lapses, every Pro feature already on your site keeps working. Your snippets, named header and footer sets, templates, page editor, import and export, and version history all continue exactly as before. What pauses is updates and support: you stop receiving new versions and you can’t open support requests until you renew.
Renewing restores updates and support and picks up where you left off. Nothing is deleted and nothing is switched off in the meantime, because hard-disabling paid features after a lapse breaks live sites and isn’t something Canvas does.
