The full free theme is distributed through GitHub and loupelycanvas.com. You install it the same way you’d install any uploaded WordPress theme.
Upload the zip
- Download the theme zip from a GitHub release or from loupelycanvas.com.
- In wp-admin, go to Appearance, Themes, Add New, Upload Theme.
- Choose the zip, install it, and activate.
Or clone the repository
If you work from the command line, clone the repository directly into wp-content/themes and activate the theme from Appearance, Themes.
That’s the whole setup. There’s no build step, nothing to compile, and no bundled libraries loading on the front end that you didn’t put there. For how the theme stays current after install, see the updates article.
